For me, yoga is a path inward.
An invitation to feel your body, deepen your breath, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
My classes offer space to slow down, to soften, and to return to yourself.

My approach blends:

The focus is not performance, but presence, breath, and inner alignment.

Online Yoga – the heart of my work

Online yoga gives you a safe, familiar, intimate space — wherever you are.
This practice is deep, calming, regulating, and nourishing for body, heart, and nervous system.

Yoga Pricing

 

Drop-in (90 minutes): 18 €


10-Class Pass: 160 € (16 € per class)

Regular 3-week online programs (e.g., Winter Series, Seasonal Yoga, Monthly Series) are offered throughout the year.

Private Yoga Sessions – Online or In Person

 

Personalized sessions for:

  • stress & high sensitivity

  • sleep & nervous-system regulation

  • tension & back pain

  • emotional overwhelm

  • gentle strengthening

  • breath & presence

Breathwork or coaching elements can be included upon request.

Private Yoga Session (In Person)

Yoga Nidra – Deep Rest

 

Offered online, in special classes, 3-week programs and 1:1 sessions.
Supports sleep, regulation, emotional release, and deep inner rest.
