This photo is taken at the Holi festival on the river Ganges in Rishikesh, India.
Rishikesh is the yoga capital of the world.
Traveling is one of my passions and the greatest school of life.
Everything truly important to me I have learned through the challenges that come my way as a nomad.
From Southeast Asia to Central and South America, I have met countless people. Each one carries with them their own unique story.
I am fascinated by this diversity of cultures, ways of thinking and behavior. Often it requires a great deal of patience and compassion, and very often I have to leave my own comfort zone in the process.
I was allowed to develop a great deal of empathy and my ability to empathize with people grew during the many years of traveling.
My professional life started as an educator. While continuing my own education, I worked as a teacher in an Italian high school, and then supported families in crisis through individual and family counseling in Germany. During the pandemic I trained as a life coach and found my true calling.
Yoga has accompanied me since my early childhood and the real way to fully integrate yoga into my life happened on my first trip to India at the age of 26.
I was born in 1969 and am a very happy mother of a beautiful daughter. Life has truly gifted me.
My life path was not always easy, but at 50 I decided that this could and would change.
My concern here is not to tell you my personal tale of woe and how I came to success. No, my concern is to give you courage, to encourage you and to call you to take your own way into your own hands.
I am convinced that you are capable of it.
